i have to note that the transmissions i have receive and practice are working, in the sense that i am receiving certain effects of the practices in forms of feelings. Recently received Green Tara transmissions (from Namkhai Norbu) are very strong for me, especially i very strongly experience the practice with two round spheres above the head,which one is connecting with breath. i have the custom of writing all down, yet there are explanations and detail is his books. The day after the transmission of that practice at night a swirl of energy has left my body, connected with a very bad childhood memory. In general what i love most of the connection with Tibetan teachers is the possibility of receiving the energy transmissions to practice. Namkhai Norbu at the end of each retreat is giving all the transmissions to all the practices he published in the books that are available to buy online.  Recently i also watched the webcast with transmissions of HH Lungtok Tenpai Nyima organized by www.lingmincha.org. Very good energy, yet have not practiced those. If i get the details of the practices i will, interesting enough, first was related to Scherab Chamma. (very close to Tara). Yet in Dzogchen all is taken as it is, including the practice itself.
