tantra is quite an interesting subject to practice. Or better say tantra itself is the practice or better say, there is only practice or better not say. Anyways. If i take to consideration all experience it is amazing how you start channeling the tantras, practices mantras and how after years of application and repetition the things from past start to match with those of present, the breaths, colors, elements, mantras practices. New elements come and all integrates. Like i say too - integrate everything. Everything. All is Love.
