Purifing Practice - The Grace Of Tara

I visualise myself as White Tara with Green Tara Inside, then with the white AUM, i bring down the energy through the top of my had - on two sides of the body, down to the bottom, then pull it up through the center in the middle to the Heart and spread it......purifying all there is or specific people....

I received it during Tara Retreat directly from Mother Love. This is the central part of the practice, i additionally use some mantras.
