Chod.
I really like the fact that this practice integrates my favorite Heart Sutra with the tantric practice of cutting off the energies that obscure the light we carry. On internal level we get rid of our attachments and all possible emotions and problems related to it. On external levels if we do it correctly we liberate heavy energies. On non-dual level we have some fun.
Especially if we use the drum and whatever other tools like pipe of human bone or a bell to ritualize more.
